What we're proud of in 2007

Writing brilliant simulations to enable our clients to make refined and powerful decisions about development; taking people into different and challenging environments; giving them a chance to excel; and helping them to have fun whilst finding their potential. Helping Somerset County Cricket Club win Division 2 of the County Championship and gain promotion back to Division 1. Working on leadership, teamwork, inspiration, and by defining and developing the behaviours which lead to performance. Transfering our knowledge effortlessly into an elite sporting environment.

Delivering in the USA, coaching in Italy and spreading the Vybrant word around the globe. Building our talented team to include greater language capabilities, more specialists in specific sectors, more diversity and greater depth.

Practising what we preach – at least some of the time. Vybrant is founded on creativity, on entrepreneurialism and on love. We have produced some wonderfully creative ideas and programmes, with even more exciting things in the pipeline. We have various entrepreneurial ideas just looking for the right partners. And we try very hard to care for and empower our people so that they can go out and give the very best they are capable of.

Being congratulated on running "a very well managed business with tremendous potential." (And that was from the accountants, so we are feeling just a wee bit smug!).
