Consultancy – we consider this to be the work of taking a business symptom or challenge, finding out what is the real and complete cause (all of the underlying causes and how they link together) and then co-constructing a solution.

Consulting is about problem-solving in organisations. It involves searching for information and creating a hypothesis about a solution to the problem, then co-creating a solution rooted in systems thinking. Much more typically, this forms the first part of implementing the solution using our Vybrant Methodologies.

Systems thinking means thinking of the whole organisation as a series of interconnected systems – if you tinker with one system you may interfere with others, so you have to think about it as a whole, across departments and including all levels.
